摘要
以山西忻州某矿9301工作面为工程背景,对9301工作面运输巷试验切顶卸压成巷无煤柱开采技术,通过顶板爆破预裂技术+恒阻大变形锚索+留巷段巷道支护及挡矸设计,减小了巷道围岩变形,实现了无煤柱开采。现场监测表明,该技术达到了预期效果。切顶卸压成巷无煤柱开采技术在该矿的成功试验,不仅解决了采掘接替紧张的问题,而且有效提高了煤炭资源的回收率。
Based on the engineering background of 9301 working face of a mine in Xinzhou, Shanxi Province, the test of roof-cutting and pressure-relief of transport roadway in 9301 working face was carried out to mine without coal pillars. By using roof blasting pre-splitting technology, constant resistance large deformation anchor cable and retaining roadway supporting and gangue design, the deformation of roadway surrounding rock was reduced and no-pillar mining was realized. Field monitoring showed that the expected effect has been achieved by using this technology. The success of roof-cutting and pressure-relief roadway without coal pillar mining technology in this mine not only solves the problem of shortage of mining replacement, but also effectively improves the recovery rate of coal resources.
