16 m层间距下部综放工作面矿压显现规律实测分析 被引量:5

摘要 基于增子坊煤矿16m层间距煤层群开采现状,以8109综放工作面为研究对象,分析受到上覆5号煤层综放开采影响的下位综放工作面矿压显现规律。分析结果显示:增子坊煤矿16m近距离煤层开采,下位煤层8109放顶煤工作面基本顶最小周期来压步距5.3m,最大17.9m,平均13.9m;基本顶最大来压动载系数2.38,最小1.12,平均动载系数1.48;各支架工作阻力压力值大致呈正态分布,大多处于4000~7000kN;工作面中部初撑力显然大于上下两端初撑力,放顶煤工作面初撑力平均值为2629kN,占额定初撑力的45%;各支架前后柱受力比较均匀,差别较小,前柱受力平均20.63MPa,后柱平均19.21MPa,液压支架总体性较好适应。 Based on the current mining situation of coal seam group with 16 m interval in Zengzifang Coal Mine,this paper takes 8109 fully-mechanized caving working face as the research object,and analyzes the mining pressure appearing rule of the lower fully mechanized caving working face affected by the mining of overlying No.5 coal seam.The analysis results showed that 16 m short-distance coal seam mining in Zengzifang Coal Mine,the minimum periodic weighting step of the basic roof of 8109 top coal caving face in the lower seam was 5.3 m,the maximum was 17.9 m,the average was 13.9 m;the maximum weighting dynamic load coefficient of the basic roof was 2.38,the minimum was 1.12,and the average dynamic load coefficient was 1.48;the working resistance pressure of each support was approximately normal distribution,mostly in 4 000~7 000 kN;the initial support force in the middle of the working face was obviously greater than the initial support force at the upper and lower ends,the average initial support force of caving face was 2 629 kN,which accounts for 45% of the rated initial support force,the front and rear pillars of each support have relatively uniform and small difference,with an average of 20.63 MPa for the front pillars and 19.21 MPa for the rear pillars,the overall performance of the hydraulic support is better adapted.
