煤层群下部“孤岛”工作面水害防治技术研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了解决耿村煤矿浅部煤层群下方“孤岛”工作面掘进过程中带来的水害威胁问题,研究了综合水害防治技术,坚持“主动预防、超前治理”的防治水理念,采取了“物探先行、钻探验证、化探跟进”的防治水技术路线。在耿村煤矿12150工作面掘进过程中,为防治老空水害,采用物探+长探/短探+化探相结合、完善排水系统、及时对异常区开展探放水作业、加强巷道支护、完善现场应急管理等安全措施,坚持水文地质条件未查清不生产、防治水措施不到位不生产、工作面排水系统不完善不生产,查清了工作面及周边和顶部老空水、含水层富水性以及地质构造等情况,实现了工作面安全掘进。 In order to solve the water hazard threat caused by the excavation of the "isolated island" working face under the shallow coal seam group in Gengcun Coal Mine,the comprehensive water hazard prevention technology was studied,the water prevention concept of "active prevention and advanced treatment" was adhered,and the water prevention technology route of "geophysical exploration first,drilling verification,geochemical exploration follow up" was adopted.During the excavation of 12150 working face in Gengcun Coal Mine,in order to prevent and control the water hazards in the old goaf,safety measures such as combining geophysical prospecting with long-term prospecting/short-term prospecting and geochemical prospecting,perfecting drainage system,timely carrying out water exploration and drainage operations in abnormal areas,strengthening roadway support,and improving emergency management on site were adopted.It was insisted that hydrogeological conditions were not clarified,water control measures were not in place,and the drainage system of working face was not in place,and no production check out the working face and surrounding and top empty water,aquifer water-rich and geological structure and other situations,to achieve safe driving of the working face.
