摘要
以核安全1级“薄、细、长”核电蒸发器用690 U形管的生产组织方式为研究对象,研究其在生产制造过程中物流、信息流和过程质量控制等方面对最终成品成材率的影响.研究认为:在严格的核质保要求下,合理的工艺过程和稳定的工序质量控制是提高其成材率的基础.根据三道次冷加工变形的工艺特性,通过改进和创新生产组织方式,提升产品综合合格率和精准投料控制水平是提高成材率的重要途径.
Studied here in the article is the production organization method for the 690 U-shaped tube specified as thin (wall thickness), small (diameter) and long” tube under Nuclear Safety Class 1 and used for the nuclear power steam generator, focusing on the influences on the finished product yield by such factors as material flow, information flow as well as quality control, etc. during the manufacturing process. Based on the result of the study, it is regarded that following relevant strict unclear quality assurance criteria, proper technological process and consistent operation procedure quality control will play a role of the basis for enhancing the yield of the said tube. It is also regarded that the important way to enhance the yield is to improve and innovate the production organization method as per the characteristics of the 3-pass cold-work deformation process, so as to improve both the product comprehensive qualification rate and the control level for accurate charging.
