摘要
针对水平井下套管作业遇阻处理时,套管管柱将承受“上提下放”的轴向拉压载荷情况,以Φ139.70mm×10.54 mm规格N80钢级API长圆螺纹套管为研究对象,通过有限元数值模拟和全尺寸实物模拟试验,评价API长圆螺纹在水平井工况中的适用性.研究表明,该螺纹类型用于水平井时,在承受较大反复拉压载荷后存在泄漏风险.
When running the casing string in horizontal well, there exists a high risk of getting stuck, i.e., the casing string is borne with axial pulling-pressing loads due to the “lifting up and falling down ” operation mode. Accordingly a study is conducted with the Φ139.70mm×10.54 mm N80 API LC connection as a sample. The applicability of the said connection to the horizontal well service is evaluated via the FEA numerical simulation and the full-scale physical simulation test. As a result it is identified that when applying the very type of connection to the horizontal well, there comes a risk of leakage due to the rather large repeated pulling-pressing loads as borne thereby.
