摘要
分析三种常见网络融资模式的运作流程,探讨科技型小微企业网络融资主要风险要素,构建科技型小微企业网络融资风险评价指标体系,通过层次分析法确定不同风险要素权重,应用模糊综合评价法对融资风险进行综合评价,最后提出科技型小微企业网络融资风险策略。
This paper analyzes the operation process of three kinds of common network financing modes, probes into the main risk factors of network financing of small and micro enterprises of science and technology type, constructs the evaluation index system of network financing risk of small and micro enterprises of science and technology type, determines the weight of different risk factors by analytic hierarchy process, and synthesizes the financing risk by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, we put forward the risk strategy of network financing for small and micro enterprises of science and technology.
