火电机组热控现场故障自动检测系统设计 被引量:4

Design of automatic fault detection system for thermal control field of thermal power plant

摘要 火电机组热控系统工作负荷较大,故障引发因素较多,为了有效准确排除火电机组热控系统的现场故障,需要进行故障自动检测系统的优化设计。提出一种基于匹配滤波和集成DSP的火电机组热控现场故障自动检测系统设计方法,运用热力学故障数据采集技术进行火电机组热控系统的故障数据采集,对采集的故障数据采用最小二乘拟合方法进行信号拟合,设计匹配滤波检测器进行火电机组热控现场故障信号的滤波检测处理,将滤波输出的采样信号采用相关函数特征提取方法进行故障谱特征提取,对提取的故障特征量采用网格聚类方法进行大数据聚类,实现现场故障的准确检测和聚类分析。在算法设计的基础上,采用程序加载控制方法进行故障检测指令设计,加载到DSP集成处理芯片中实现故障检测系统的优化设计。测试结果表明,采用该系统进行火电机组热控现场故障检测的准确性较高,自动性较好,提高了故障诊断修复能力。 The thermal control system of thermal power units has a large workload and many causing faults factors.In order to effectively and accurately eliminate the field faults of thermal control system of thermal power units,the optimal design of the automatic fault detection system is needed.A design method of thermal control field fault automatic detection system based on matched filter and integrated DSP is presented.The thermal control system fault data collection is carried out by using thermodynamic fault data acquisition technology.The collected fault data are fitted by least square fitting method,and the matched filter detector is designed to filter and process the fault signals in thermal control field of thermal power units.The correlation function feature extraction method is used to extract the fault spectrum feature of the filtered output signal,and big data clustering method is used to cluster the extracted fault feature quantity,which realizes the accurate detection and clustering analysis of the field fault.On the basis of the algorithm design,the program loading control method is used to design the fault detection instruction,and the optimal design of the fault detection system is realized by loading it into the DSP integrated processing chip.The test results show that the system is more accurate and automatic in thermal control field fault detection of thermal power units,and improves the ability of fault diagnosis and repair.
