摘要
目的探讨脂肪干细胞胶(stromal vascular fraction gel, SVF-gel)填充修复轻、中度泪沟畸形的临床疗效。方法自2017年9月至2018年6月,对轻、中度泪沟畸形的33例(66侧)患者行SVF-gel填充治疗。先抽取其腰腹部或大腿部自体脂肪,使用物理方法制备SVF-gel,填充Barton分级为Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级泪沟畸形的患者。术后随访时统计患者的满意度。结果随访33例(66侧)患者6~15个月,在Barton分级为Ⅱ级的40侧中,非常满意34侧(85%),满意6侧(15%);在Barton分级为Ⅰ级的26侧中,非常满意20侧(77%),满意6侧(23%)。所有患者均未发生严重不良事件及补充治疗。结论采用物理方法制备的SVF-gel填充泪沟畸形,可获得较满意的临床效果。此方法安全有效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of stromal vascular fraction gel(SVF-gel) injection in the treatment of mild to moderate tear through deformity. Methods SVF-gel injection was performed in 33 patients(66 affected sides) with mild to moderate tear through deformity from September 2017 to June 2018. Autologous fat was extracted from the lumbar, abdomen, or thigh, and prepared for SVF-gel by the physical method. Patients with Barton Ⅰ and Ⅱ-type tear through deformities underwent SVF-gel filling. Satisfaction was monitored during postoperative follow-up. Results Thirty-three patients(66 affected sides) were followed up in 6 to 15 months. Of the 40 sides of Barton gradeⅡ patients, 34 sides(85%) were very satisfied and 6 sides(15%) were satisfied. Of the 26 sides of Barton gradeⅠ patients, 20 sides(77%) were very satisfied and 6 sides(23%) were satisfied. None of the patients had serious adverse events and received supplementary treatment. Conclusion Injection of tear through deformity with SVF-gel extracted through the physical method obtained satisfactory clinical efficacy. This method was safe and effective and worth promotion and application in clinic.
