施硫水平对遵义烟区烤烟生长及常规化学成分的影响 被引量:4

Effects of sulfur application rates on growth and conventional chemical constituents of flue-cured tobacco in Zunyi tobacco-growing

摘要 为探究遵义烟区适宜的硫肥用量,以烤烟K326为试验材料,采用大田试验,设计7个硫素水平:0、2.4、4.8、7.2、9.6、19.2、38.4kg/667m^2,测定烟株不同时期的农艺性状、干物质积累量和烟叶含硫量,选取成熟期烟样测定其常规化学成分。结果表明:伸根期、团棵期及旺长中期硫肥对烤烟株高和茎围无明显影响;现蕾期叶片数及茎围随施硫量的增加而减少,叶面积以不施硫处理最高。施入7.2kg/667m^2硫时,干物质积累量最高,较不施硫处理增加了76.38%;施入4.8kg/667m^2硫时,烟叶化学成分含量最高,其中全氮、全磷及全钾含量较不施硫处理分别增加了7.14%、24.13%和33.80%,还原糖、总糖、糖碱比及钾氯增加量分别为78.91%、74.09%、81.13%和38.06%。遵义烟区硫肥用量与糖碱比、钾氯比的关系符合GuassAmp方程,分别为y=3.45+2.98×exp{-0.5×[(x-3.93)/1.2]^2}、y=7.65+3.14×exp{-0.5×[(x-6.52)/3]^2},根据方程计算最佳施硫量范围为3.25~4.25kg/667m^2。 In order to explore the appropriate amount of sulfur application rates in Zunyi tobacco area,flue-cured tobacco K326 was used as the test material,and the field test was designed 7 sulfur fertilization dosages:0,2.4,4.8,7.2,9.6,19.2,and 38.4 kg/667m^2.The agronomic traits,dry matter accumulation and sulphur content of tobacco plants in different periods were determined,and the conventional chemical components were determined by selecting mature tobacco samples.The results showed that the amount of sulphur fertilizer had no significant effect on the plant height and stem circumference during root extending stage,resettling growth stage and rapid growth stage.,The number of leaves and stem circumference decreased with the increase of sulfur application,and leaf area was the highest without sulphur in the maturity stage.When sulphur application was 7.2 kg/667m^2,dry matter accumulation was the highest,which was 76.38%higher than that without sulfur treatment.The chemical content of tobacco leaves was the highest when sulphur application was 4.8 kg/667m^2,and the total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium content were increased by 7.14%,24.13%and 33.80%,respectively.The increased reducing sugar,total sugar,sugar-to-alkali ratio and potassium chloride were 78.91%,74.09%,81.13%and 38.06%,respectively.The relationships between the amount of sulfur fertilizer and the ratio of sugar to alkali and the ratio of potassium to chlorine in Zunyi tobacco area fit into the GuassAmp equations:y=3.45+2.98×exp{-0.5×[(x-3.93)/1.2]^2},y=7.65+3.14×exp{-0.5×[(x-6.52)/3]^2},and the optimal sulfur application range was 3.25~4.25 kg/667m^2 according to the equation.
