摘要
印制板组件广泛应用于航天机载平台,高振动量级对其可靠性和稳定性提出了巨大的挑战。由于印制板组件中的元器件受材料与结构的限制,很难采用机械方式加固,因此优选点胶加固方式。通过元器件点胶加固试验,探索了点胶加固方式的必要性、适用性和可靠性的问题,对元器件的防振加固提出了一些建议。
PCBA are widely used in aerospace and airborne platforms,whose high vibration levels are a huge challenge to the reliability and stability.Due to the limitation of material and structure of PCBA,it’s difficult to reinforce them by mechanical means.Therefore,dispensing reinforcement method is a superior choice.The necessity,applicability and reliability of dispensing reinforcement method are explored through dispensing reinforcement test of components,and some suggestions for anti-vibration reinforcement of components are put forward.
