摘要
微生物发酵湿料是一种利用有益微生物将农业与食品加工副产物进行发酵后制备的新型饲料原料,其适口性好、价格低廉、营养价值相对较高,在畜禽养殖中能提高抗病能力、促进生长、改善生态环境等作用。文章阐述微生物发酵湿料主要的发酵菌种以及在畜禽中的研究、应用现状,并对微生物发酵湿料的优点及存在问题进行相关展望。
Microbial fermentation wet material is a new type of feed material prepared by fermenting agricultural and food processing by-products with beneficial microorganisms. It has good palatability, low price and relatively high nutritional value, and can improve disease resistance in livestock and poultry breeding. Promote growth and improve the ecological environment. This paper reviewed the main fermentation strains of microbial fermentation wet materials and the research and application status in livestock and poultry, and forecasts the advantages and problems of microbial fermentation wet materials.
