六边形进路开采方式下空间分布对围岩应力转移影响关系

摘要 以某铁矿为研究背景,结合FLAC3D数值模拟软件,对六边形矿房水平排列及空间分布对围岩稳定性影响进行研究分析.研究结果表明:六边形矿房比矩形矿房在控制围岩稳定性方面更具有优势;合理增加矿房间距可有效减少矿房间相互扰动现象,减少矿房顶板沉降及提高围岩安全性;矿房间距大于18m时,矿房间应力扰动现象消失,为最小合理矿房间距.据此,研究了矿房分布对围岩稳定性的影响,对该铁矿开采具有参考价值. Taking a certain iron ore as the research background and combined with FLAC3 D numerical simulation software,this paper studies and analyzes the influence of horizontal arrangement and spatial distribution of hexagonal chamber on the stability of surrounding rocks.The research results show that:the hexagonal chamber is more advantageous than the rectangular one in controlling the stability of surrounding rocks;reasonable increase of the distance between chambers can reduce the disturbance between them,reduce the roof settlement and improve the safety of the surrounding rock;when the chamber distance is greater than 18 m,the stress disturbance in the chamber disappears,which is the minimum reasonable distance.Based on this,the influence of the distribution of the chamber on the stability of the surrounding rocks is studied,which is of reference value to the mining of the iron ore.
