摘要
绣线菊属(Spiraea)植物在生长发育期间会不同程度的发生白粉病。白粉病的发生不仅阻碍了其正常的生长,而且严重影响了其观赏价值。因此,本研究以15种绣线菊为试材,采用涂抹法、喷雾法和灌根法三种方法及1.5×10^5个孢子/ml,2×10^5个孢子/ml以及10^6个孢子/ml三个浓度研究了其对白粉病的抗感程度。通过试验鉴定结果表明:涂抹法、浓度为2×105效果最佳,此种方法见效快,发病明显;试验结果还表明对白粉病抗性最强的是金焰绣线菊,病质为4.4,对白粉病抗性最弱的是毛果绣线菊,病质达88.9,这一结果与自然条件下的发病趋势与状况基本一致。
Spiraea plants would occur powdery mildew in different levels during the growth and development.The occurrence of powdery mildew is not only impede the normal growth,but also seriously affected it’s ornamental value.Therefore,In this study,the resistance of 15 portions of Spiraea L.the degree of resistance to powdery mildew was studied by Smear,spray and root irrigation three methods and three concentrations of 1.5×10^5 spores/ml,2×10^5 spores/ml and 106 spores/ml.The results show that:Smearing method and concentration of 2×10^5 had the best effect.This method had quick effect and obvious onset,which is the strongest resistance to powdery mildew S.bumalda‘GoldFlame’,the disease was 4.4.on powdery mildew resistance weakest is S.trichocarpa Nakai,the disease index was 88.9.This result is basically consistent with the trend and condition of the disease under natural conditions.
