摘要
随着我国经济的飞速发展,我国的城市规模越来越大,城市工程也随之发展壮大。在当前形势下,我国城市工程的质量和城建水平有着直接的关系,而建筑工程的招标项目是建筑工程开展的一个重要环节,对招标进行管理,有利于公正公平的原则以及建筑工程质量的保证。论文主要介绍了目前招投标存在的主要问题,和对于这些问题的解决方案。为了实现公平公正,这需要国家和企业共同完成。
With the rapid development of China's economy, China's urban scale is becoming larger and larger, and urban engineering is also growing. Under the current situation, the quality of urban engineering in China is directly related to the level of urban construction. The bidding project of construction engineering is an important link in the development of construction engineering. The management of bidding is beneficial to the principle of justice and fairness and the guarantee of construction project quality. This paper mainly introduces the main problems existing in the current bidding and tendering, and the solutions to these problems. In order to achieve fairness and justice, this needs to be done by both countries and enterprises.
