摘要
针对某低品位贫硫化物石英脉型金矿石,在原矿工艺矿物学研究的基础上,对单一浮选及尼尔森重选+浮选两种工艺方案进行了对比。结果表明:采用单一浮选方案,在磨矿细度-0.074mm70%条件下,可获得金品位29.40g/t,回收率93.60%的金精矿,选别指标良好。试验所推荐的工艺流程简单、指标稳定、易于操作控制,试验成果可作为矿山开发的基础依据。
For a low-grade and poor-sulfi de quartz vein type gold ore, on the basis of the study which process mineralogy for the raw ore, the two technological schemes of single fl otation and Nelson gravity-flotation have been compared. The results showed that using single flotation, which obtained gold concentrate containing gold 29.40 g/t and recovery rate 93.60% under the condition of -0.074 mm 70% of grinding fi neness,and the separation index was good. Process recommended by the test was simple,stable and easy to operate and control, the test results can be used as a basis for mine development.
