摘要 山东省河湖众多,岸线情况复杂,在全面推进河长制工作中,基于管理现状及具体需求,以“互联网+”为载体,于2018年建成面向全省的河长制湖长制管理信息系统,完善河湖基础信息,强化行业资源共享,并探索先进技术与河长制工作的切合点。利用卫星遥感、无人机航拍、视频监控等,构建天空地一体化立体监测体系,对全省省市级重要河湖开展4次水域岸线违章问题全面排查,助力河湖精准监管,实现信息化调度,大大提高单纯依靠人工传统巡河方式的工作效率。 There are numerous rivers and lakes in Shandong Province. And the situation of the waterfront is complicated. In order to comprehensively and effectively promote the work of the river chief system, the provincewide river chief system management system was constructed in 2018 based on the “internet +”. The basic related information was collected and shared out among different departments. A “aerial-ground” integrated monitoring system is developed combining satellite remote sensing, drone aerial photography, video surveillance and other advanced technologies. Monitoring and checking of violation problems existed in waterfront of provincial and municipal important rivers and lakes are conducted to promote the precise supervision of the rivers and lakes and realize information management. The supervision efficiency is greatly improved contrast to traditional way of patrolling the river relying solely on the artificial.
