摘要
JT-TL510型钻攻中心的绝对式行程是一个绝对位置检测器。其电池的电压必需保持一定的电位值,才能保证机床的正常运行。当绝对位置检测器的电压值处于低电位,且脉冲编码器是属于第一次通电,即使再次通电仍然无法取消APC报警的。针对这一现象的出现,结合实际生产以绝对式行程的相关参数的调整展开实质性分析和探讨。
The absolute stroke of JT-TL510 drilling center is an absolute position detector.In order to ensure the normal operation of the machine tool,the voltage of the battery must be kept at a certain potential value.If the absolute position detector's voltage value is low or the pulse encoder is powered on for the first time,even if it is powered on again,the APC alarm can not be cancelled.In view of this phenomenon,this paper conducts substantive analysis and Discussion on the adjustment of relative parameters of absolute travel in combination with actual production.
