碎顶板综采工作面安全高效收尾技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对传统的综采面收尾存在劳动强度大、材料消耗多、存在一定安全隐患等问题,以2108回采工作面为工程背景,提出采用柔细聚酯纤维网代替传统使用的塑料编织网进行顶板管理。采用的采面收尾技术提高了采面收尾效率、缩短了采面的收尾时间、节省了大量的人力及物力资源,在顶板破碎采面收尾工作中具有较好的推广应用价值。 In view of the problems of high labor intensity,high material consumption and potential safety hazards in the end of traditional fully mechanized mining face,taking 2108 mining face as engineering background,the flexible polyester fiber mesh is proposed to replace the traditional plastic braided mesh for roof management.The adopted mining face ending technology improves the ending efficiency of mining face,shortens the ending time of mining face,saves a large amount of manpower and material resources,and has better popularization and application value in the ending work of roof broken mining face.
