摘要
为了解决E-车间通信的实时性问题,提出一种基于PROFINET的车间通信网络体系。在此基础上,重点设计了基于greedy算法的车间通信调度模型、得出了多任务调度时刻表、构建了物理检测平台,对算法的可行性进行了验证。在消息任务数目相同的条件下,采用文中提出的调度算法比使用传统西门子S7内部调度策略的任务交付时间有显著减少,且任务量越大,该算法越有优势。
In order to solve the real-time problem of E-workshop communication, a workshop communication network architecture based on PROFINET is proposed. On this basis, the workshop communication scheduling model based on greedy algorithm is designed, the multi-task scheduling schedule is obtained, and the physical detection platform is constructed. The feasibility of the algorithm is verified. Under the same number of message tasks, the task delivery time of the proposed scheduling algorithm is significantly shorter than that of the traditional Siemens S7 internal scheduling strategy, and the larger the task load, the more advantages the algorithm has.
