装配关系等级化的装配单元划分方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对零件数量多、装配工艺复杂的独立后悬架装配体,提出了一种装配关系等级化的装配单元划分方法。首先根据独立后悬架的橡胶衬套连接特点对装配方式赋予不同权值并建立装配关系矩阵;进一步的以零件和装配关系为研究对象,建立零件与零件的等级矩阵、装配关系与零件的等级矩阵;依据装配关系的等级化建立装配单元划分模型和求解,实现装配单元的合理快速划分。以某汽车独立后悬架装配体的装配单元划分过程为例,验证了该方法的可行性和高效性。 Aiming at the independent rear suspension assembly with a large number of parts and complex assembly process, a hierarchical assembly unit partition method is proposed. Firstly, according to the characteristics of rubber bushing connection of independent rear suspension, different weights are given to assembly mode and assembly relationship matrix is established;secondly, taking parts and assembly relationship as the research object, the hierarchical matrix of parts and parts, assembly relationship and parts is established;and assembly unit is established according to the hierarchical assembly relationship. Partition model and solution are used to realize reasonable and rapid partition of assembly units. The feasibility and efficiency of the method are verified by taking the assembly unit division process of an independent rear suspension assembly of an automobile as an example.
