摘要
对于蓝领招聘这样一个万亿级的人力招聘市场,文章提出基于微信小程序来设计一款解决蓝领劳务招聘平台。根据平台实际需求设计了运营管理后台和移动端。运营管理后台提供的微服务全部是使用SpringBoot开发,并向移动端提供接口,同步数据;数据库在企业云服务器上搭建MySQL,Redis辅助缓存。移动端使用微信Web开发工具进行开发。实际应用结果表明,该平台方便使用,基于微信小程序的移动端满足了蓝领的需求,并提高蓝领招聘的效率。
For blue-collar recruitment, a trillion-level human recruitment market, this paper proposes to design a platform for blue-collar recruitment based on Wechat applet. According to the actual needs of the platform, the background and mobile terminal of operation management are designed. The micro-services provided by the operation management background are all developed using Spring Boot, and provide interfaces to the mobile end to synchronize data;the database builds MySQL on the enterprise cloud server, and Redis assists the cache. The mobile terminal is developed by using Wechat web development tools. The practical application results show that the platform is easy to use, the mobile terminal based on the Wechat applet meets the needs of blue-collar workers, and improves the efficiency of blue-collar recruitment.
