摘要
政治定力,是检验党员干部可靠性的试金石,是考验党员干部坚定性的重要政治原则。增强政治定力,对加强党的政治建设,提升党员干部的政治修养具有关键性作用。但新时代部分党员干部仍存在政治定力弱化的问题,在一定程度上削弱了其理想信念的坚定性,阻碍了全面从严治党的纵深前行,影响了全面建成小康社会战略目标的顺利实现。因此,必须在理论学习与实践锻炼中锤炼政治定力,在自我反省与内外监督中磨炼政治定力,以确保党员干部的政治定力得到有效提升。
Political orientation is the touchstone for testing the reliability of party members and cadres,and is an important political principle for testing the firmness of party members and cadres.Strengthening political orientation will play a key role in strengthening the Party's political construction and enhancing the political cultivation of party members and cadres.However,in the new era,some party members and cadres still have the problem of weakening political orientation.To a certain extent,they have weakened the steadiness of their ideals and beliefs,hindered the comprehensive and strict management of the Party,and affected the smooth development of the strategic goal of building a moderately prosperous society.Therefore,we must temper political orientation in theoretical study and practical exercise,and temper political orientation in self-reflection and internal and external supervision to ensure that the political orientation of party members and cadres is effectively improved.
