摘要
目的探究稳心颗粒联合小剂量胺碘酮对心律失常的疗效。方法选取2015年10月至2017年11月于滨州市沾化区第二人民医院就诊的120例心律失常患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患者口服小剂量胺碘酮进行治疗,观察组患者口服稳心颗粒联合小剂量胺碘酮进行治疗。两组均连续治疗1个月。比较两组治疗总有效率和不良反应发生率。结果对照组和观察组治疗总有效率分别为78.3%(47/60)、95.0%(57/60)。观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论稳心颗粒联合小剂量胺碘酮可有效提高心律失常的治疗效果,不会增加不良反应的发生。
Objective To explore the effects of Wenxin granule combined with low-dose amiodarone on arrhythmia.Methods A total of 120 patients with arrhythmia who were admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Zhanhua District, Binzhou City from October 2015 to November 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The patients in control group were treated with low-dose amiodarone orally. The patients in observation group were treated with oral Wenxin granules combined with low-dose amiodarone. Both groups were treated continuously for 1 month. The total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rates of control group and observation group were 78.3%(47/60) and 95.0%(57/60), respectively. The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Wenxin granule combined with low-dose amiodarone could effectively improve the therapeutic effect of arrhythmia without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.
