摘要
目的编制地方高校大学生对军人职业态度倾向问卷。方法以态度的三因素理论为依据,采用里克特五点计分法,经文献研究、开放式问卷调查、集体讨论形成20个题项的初测问卷,通过项目分析、探索性因素分析、信度和效度检验,得到15个题项的正式问卷。结果军人职业态度由军人职业认知、职业情感、职业行为三个维度组成,职业认知共5题,α系数0.773;职业情感共7题,α系数0.885;职业行为倾向共3题,α系数0.721。测验数据初步整理后,用Spss21.0统计软件包建立数据库,并进行处理。问卷三个维度可以解释方差总变异的59.048%;问卷及各维度内部一致性系数、分半信度均在0.7以上;问卷各项拟合指数良好。结论问卷具有良好的信效度指标,能够作为研究地方高校大学生对军人职业态度倾向的测量工具。
Objective To develop questionnaire about local college students' professional attitude tendency towards servicemen. Methods Based on the theory of three factors of attitude, using Richter' s five-point scoring method, through literature research, open questionnaire survey, group discussion to form a preliminary questionnaire of 20 questions, through project analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis and validity analysis, get a formal questionnaire about 15 questions. Results The final questionnaire has three sub-scales, which are professional cognition, professional emotion and professional behavior. professional cognition: a total of 5 questions,α coefficient 0.773;professional emotion: a total of 7 questions,α coefficient 0.885;Professional behavior tendency: a total of 3 questions,α coefficient 0.721.After the preliminary collation of the test data, use SPSS21.0 establishment of database by statistical software package and deal with it. The three dimensions of the questionnaire can explain 59.048% of the total variance variation, and the internal consistency coefficient of the questionnaire and each dimension is above 0.7. The fitting index of the questionnaire was good. Conclusion The questionnaire has good reliability and validity and can be applied to measure local college students' professional attitude tendency towards servicemen.
