摘要
由于对工业发展的需求,以及纯粹的想从改变城市拥挤现象到对社会发展的自然调控,此需求下我国的城市规划设计发展与国外的现代城市规划设计思想不谋而合。因此我国的近现代城市规划借鉴了部分外国现代城市规划的思想并且从中分析研究,提取出适合我国近现代城市规划发展的可行性方案,为我国的近现代城市规划奠定了坚实的基础和理论依据。
Due to the demand for industrial development and the pure desire to change the phenomenon of urban congestion to regulate the natural development of society, the development of urban planning and design coincides with the modern urban planning and design ideas of foreign countries. Therefore, the modern urban planning of our country draws lessons from the ideas of some foreign modern urban planning and analyzes and studies it, and draws out the feasible scheme suitable for the urban development of our country;which lays a solid foundation and theoretical basis for the later modem urban planning of our country.
