摘要
为了设计一种具有高精度结构的PCB-Rogowski线圈电流互感器,通过Matlab对PCB-Rogowski线圈的结构参数进行优化设计,得出最优结构参数,最终设计出一种新型双面对称回绕布线式PCB-Rogowski线圈。经过理论计算推导,给出了该新型结构PCB-Rogowski线圈的互感系数、自感、内阻等电磁参数与实际测量相符。工频测试结果表明:实验测试结果与理论计算值一致性较好,并能真实反应被测电流波形。新型结构PCB-Rogowski线圈大大提高了互感系数,对小电流测量的精度和灵敏度有较大提高,也进一步推进了Rogowski线圈在电力行业的应用。
In order to design a PCB-rogowski coil current transformer with high precision structure, the structure parameters of PCB-Rogowski coil were optimized by Matlab, and the optimal structure parameters were obtained. Finally, a new type of double-sided symmetrical winding PCB-Rogowski coil was designed. The mutual inductance coefficient, self-inductance and internal resistance of PCB-Rogowski coil with this new structure were given by theoretical calculation and deduction, which were in agreement with the actual measurement. The power frequency test results show that the experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical values, and can truly reflect the measured current waveform. The new structure PCB-Rogowski coil greatly improves the mutual inductance coefficient, improves the accuracy and sensitivity of small current measurement, and further promotes the application of Rogowski coil in power industry.
