摘要
目的 探讨营养专科护士的培训方法与效果.方法 选取我院营养护理小组护士31名对其进行培训,培训内容包括理论培训、临床实践2部分,定期对培训效果进行考核.结果 31名护士临床实践考核成绩均超过要求的及格分数线(70分),成绩为(80.42±7.21)分;专业理论考试成绩为(42.48±6.47)分,28名及格;理论日常考核成绩为(39.90±7.84)分,29名及格.结论 通过营养专科护士的培养,巩固了护士理论与临床实践技能,调动了学习的主观能动性,通过临床实践将营养理论及时运用到实践中,强化了学习效果.
Objective To explore the effects of training of specialty nurses in nutrition. Methods Thirty-one specialty nurses in nutrition were selected and trained. Contents of the training included knowledge education and clinical practice. Assessments were conducted regularly to know the training effects. Results The mean score of clinical practice of all participants was (80.42±7.21) which was above the required score level of 70. The mean score of knowledge assessment was (42.48±6.47) and 28 of them passed the assessment. The mean score of daily assessment was (39.90±7.84) and 29 of them passed the assessment. Conclusion Training of specialty nurse in nutrition can firm their knowledge and improve clinical practice. Besides,it can promote nurses learn the related knowledge actively. Nurses can put what they have learned into practice.
