摘要
丛集性头痛(CH)是一种严重的单侧性头痛,同时也属于三叉神经自主性头痛。虽然目前CH的发病机制尚不清楚,但普遍认为其是一种中枢神经系统参与的慢性血管性头痛。本文综合近期参考文献,就CH的发病机制、诊断、鉴别诊断与治疗方法综述如下,并指出治疗目的为终止头痛发作、减少再发频率,现在也出现了神经电刺激等新型治疗方法。
Cluster headache (CH) is a severe, unilateral pain and also a kind of trigeminal autonomic cephalalgia. Though its pathophysiological mechanism is still unclear, CH is considered to be a neurovascular and chronobiologic headache disorder, with a pivotal role played by the central brain mechanisms. This article reviewed new literatures about the mechanism, diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment of CH, pointing out the main purpose of therapy is to abort attacks and to prevent future attacks, and introducing the new therapy of neuro-electrical stimulation.
