摘要
由于各种历史及现实条件的制约,社会工作专业实习督导工作的发展一直较为滞后。本研究以后现代主义理论作为分析工具,以B大学2017级社会工作硕士专业学位的实习督导工作为研究对象,运用随机抽样的方法选取被督导者,对其进行深度访谈。从被督导者的角度出发,对实习督导过程中“督导者——被督导者”之间关系的文本进行双重解读,理解“督导者—被督导者”之间的关系。研究发现,在实习督导关系中因知识不对等而萌生权力关系问题;因权力不平等而形成“中心—边缘”的模式问题。笔者以后现代主义理论为指导,提出实习督导老师应承担和扮演好适度距离的引导者、步调和谐的同行者、积极平等的对话者和公正包容的评估者等角色。
Due to the constraints of various historical and realistic conditions, the development of social work practice supervision has been lagging behind. This study adopts postmodernism as an analytical tool, and takes the supervision work of 2017 MSW in B University as the subject, in which the supervisees are selected by random sampling method and interviewed in depth. From the perspective of supervisees, literatures about the relationship between “supervisor and the supervisee” during the working process is interpreted in double ways, and the relationship between “supervisor and the supervisee” is understood. It is concluded that power relationship problem stems from the unequal knowledge in the supervisory relationship, and the “central-marginal” pattern problem is formed due to the unequal power. Guided by the theory of modernism, this paper proposes that practice supervisor should play the proper role as a guide with moderate distance, a peer with harmonious pace, an active and equal interlocutor and an impartial and inclusive evaluator.
