摘要
针对温度变化对大型结构件装配影响较大的问题,以某型飞机升降舵铰链装配为例,分析温度变化对升降舵铰链装配展向位置的影响,通过理论分析与试验验证相结合的方式进行了研究,得到了相关结论,并提出了解决方案,可以作为解决飞机翼面类结构装配问题的参考。
The temperature change has great influence on large structure assembly. This paper takes the large airplane wing structure for example. The temperature change has greater influence on the assembly of such structure. By the theoretical analysis, experimental verification and study, it obtains the relevant conclusion, and puts forward the solutions. It can give a reference to the assembly of the aircraft wing structures.
