饲料中添加微生态制剂对中华鳖幼鳖生长、消化及生化指标的影响 被引量:2

Effects of compound probiotics on the growth, digestion, and blood parameters of the young Trionyx sinesis

摘要 为研究饲料中添加不同含量微生态制剂对中华鳖幼鳖生长性能、消化酶活性和血液生化指标的影响,选取初始体重为(45.54±10.65)g的中华鳖幼鳖,对照组只投喂基础饲料,试验组(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组)分别投喂含1.5、3、6g/kg微生态制剂的基础饲料,试验60d。结果表明,各试验组幼鳖的体重、增重率、特定生长率均高于对照组,饵料系数低于对照组,其中Ⅱ组最为显著;各试验组的脂肪酶、淀粉酶和蛋白酶活性均高于对照组,其中Ⅱ组三种酶活性最高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,各试验组均能提高血清中总蛋白和白蛋白含量(P>0.05),显著提高甘油三酯含量(P<0.05),降低了总胆固醇含量,显著降低尿素氮的含量(P<0.05);溶菌酶、总抗氧化能力、丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶差异不显著(P<0.05),而Ⅱ组的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶高于其他组(P<0.05)。由此得出,适量添加微生态制剂能促进中华鳖幼鳖的消化酶活性,增强非特异性免疫和抗氧化功能,促进幼鳖生长和发育,最适添加量为3g/kg。 The young Trionyx sinesis with an initial average body weight of (45.54±10.65) g were divid. ed into four groups to evaluate the effects of compound probiotics on growth performance, digestion and serum biochemical indexes. The control group was fed with basic diet and the experimental groups were fed the basal diet of compound probiotics containing 1.5(Group Ⅰ), 3(Group Ⅱ), 6(Group Ⅲ) g/kg for 60 days, respectively. The result showed that the weight, weight gain rate and specific growth rate of the young Trionyx sinesis fed diets with compound probiotics were increased compared to that of the basal diet, the feed conversion rate in fed diets were lower than that in the basal diet, especially the experimental groupⅡ was the most significant(P<0.05). Intestinal amylase, lipase and trypsase activi. ties in the young Trionyx sinesis fed diets with compound probiotics were higher than that of the con. trol group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the total protein and albumin in serum were de. creased, the content of triglyceride was signifi. cantly increased (P<0.05), and the contents of to. tal cholesterol and urea nitrogen were significant. ly decreased(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in lysozyme, total antioxidant capaci. ty, malondialdehyde, superoxide dismutase and catalase (P>0.05), but the activity of glutathione peroxidase in group Ⅱ was higher than that in other groups (P<0.05). In conclusion, the proper addition of compound probiotics in the basal diet could promote the digestive enzyme activity, non-spe? cific immune and antioxidant functions, and the growth and development of the young Trionyx sinesis. The optimum level of compound probiotics added in the basal diet is 3 g/kg.
