基于Demirjian法推断个体年龄是否年满16周岁的准确性研究

摘要 目的:基于Demirjian法建立中国北方人群年龄推断公式。方法:纳入900例年龄介于8~25岁中国北方人群(每一年龄男女各25名)的曲面断层片(OPG)。基于Demirjian法测量其左侧下颌第二、第三磨牙的发育阶段。使用Logistic回归法得出年龄推断公式并通过卡方检验验证其准确性。结果:利用第三磨牙得出的推断公式为:Age=-17.293+3.232 g+2.242 S3,联合第二、第三磨牙得出的推断公式为:Age=-30.800+0.377 g+1.751 g+2.405 S2+2.469 S3。使用该公式判断个体是否年满16岁的准确率为87.0%~92.0%。结论:基于Demirjian法建立的年龄推断公式在判断个体是否年满16周岁时具有较高的准确性。 Objective: To establish a formula between chronological age according to Demirjian's method in a northern Chinese population. Methods:A sample of 900 orthopantograms(OPGs)of northern Chinese subjects, aged 8 to 25 years(25 males and 25 females in each age group) were included. The mineralization stages of left mandibular second and third molar were measured by Demirjian's method. The specific age estimation formula was set by training dataset using the Logistic Regression. The test dataset was used to verify the accuracy of the formula by chi<square test. Results:By using the Logistic Regression, the age estimation for 16 years' formulas are: Age =-17.293 + 3.232 g +2.242 S3, and Age =-30.800 + 0.377 g +1.751 g + 2.405 S2 + 2.469 S3. The accuracy rate in estimating ages are 87.0%~92.0% for 16 years. Conclusion: The age estimation formula based on the devel opment of mandibular second and third molars has important value in judging whether the individual is over 16 years or not.
