摘要
昆明春之眼商业中心基坑混凝土内支撑拆除施工中,针对基坑周边环境复杂、拆除区域结构碰撞、处理难度大、整体拆除条件严苛等难点,对拆除过程进行模拟分析,对多项拆除措施进行验算,制订了正确的拆除顺序,制作了应用型钢、马凳等拆除工具,按不同工况优化拆除技术,提高了内支撑的拆除效率.
During foundation pit concrete internal support dismantlement construction of Kunming Chunzhiyan (Eye of Spring) project, there were various construction difficulties, such as complex ambient conditions around the foundation pit, structure collision in the dismantlement area, high treatment requirement and difficult integral dismantlement condition, etc. The dismantlement process was simulated and analyzed and various dismantlement measures were verified, to determine correct dismantlement sequence and prepare dismantlement tools, such as application profile steel and split heads, etc. Dismantlement techniques were optimized according to different construction conditions, to successfully increase the internal support dismantlement efficiency.
