摘要
分析了熔模铸造缩孔、缩松及偏析产生的原因。通过试验研究,提出了两种熔模铸造冷铁激冷工艺解决方案。结果表明,通过“工”柱形冷铁或镶嵌式块状激冷工艺对铸件厚大部位进行冷却,铸件在浇注及凝固过程中能实现快速凝固,避免了铸件缩孔、缩松及偏析缺陷的出现,提高了工艺出品率。
The origination of dispersed shrinkage porosities(holes)as well as segregation in investment castings was analyzed.Through experiment analysis,two solutions of investment casting chilling process were put forward. The results show that the thicker areas of the casting can be cooled by the“I-beams”column block chill or inlaying block quenching process,and the castings can be rapidly solidified,thus avoiding shrinkage porosities (holes)and segregation defects,improving the production yield.
