摘要
目的分析气囊式创可贴对动脉采血或置管拔管后的止血效果。方法选择2016年3月-2018年3月期间进行动脉采血和置管拔管的300例患者作为观察对象,其中动脉采血180例,置管拔管120例。将观察对象随机分为A、B、C三组,每组各100例(含动脉采血60例,置管拔管40例)。A组采用气囊式创可贴进行止血,B组采用无菌棉签止血,C组采用自粘弹力绷带止血。对比三组患者止血效果、并发症发生率、患者自觉不适症状评分及满意度。结果 A组止血成功率及并发症发生率均明显高于B、C两组(P <0. 05);A组患者肢体疼痛、肢体麻木、肢体压迫感得分均明显低于B、C两组(P <0. 05);A组使用舒适满意度及日常生活影响满意度得分均高于B、C两组(P <0. 05)。结论气囊式创可贴对于动脉采血及置管拔管止血具有显著疗效,能明显减轻患者不适感及提升满意度,但并发症发生率稍高。
Objective To analyze the hemostasis effect of balloon-type band-aid on patients with arterial blood collection or catheterization. Methods 300 patients who underwent arterial blood collection and catheterization during March2016-March 2018 were enrolled,including 180 cases of arterial blood collection and 120 cases of catheterization. The subjects were randomly divided into three groups: A,B,and C,each group consisting of 100 cases( including 60 cases of arterial blood collection and 40 cases of tube extubation). Group A used balloon-type band-aid to stop bleeding,group B used sterile cotton swab to stop bleeding,and group C used self-adhesive elastic bandage to stop bleeding. The hemostasis,complication rate,patient discomfort score and satisfaction were compared between the three groups. Results The success rate of hemostasis and complication rate in group A were significantly higher than those in group B and C( P < 0. 05). The scores of limb pain,limb numbness and limb pressure in group A were significantly lower than those in group B and C( P < 0. 05);Group A used comfort satisfaction and daily life impact satisfaction scores were higher than the B and C groups( P < 0. 05).Conclusion Balloon-type band-aid has a significant effect on arterial blood collection and catheterization and hemostasis,which can significantly reduce patient discomfort and improve satisfaction.
