摘要
基于安徽省2000-2017年和16市2017年农业生态环境、农业经济统计数据,运用协调发展度模型,研究两系统的发展水平、耦合度、协调发展度的演变规律。结果表明:2000-2017年间,安徽省两系统耦合协调发展度总体呈现上升趋势,其中2000-2011年为过渡调和阶段,2012-2017年为协调发展阶段。2017年安徽省16市两系统协调发展主要集中于过渡调和型,其中皖南山区最优,江淮丘陵次之,淮北平原最差。提出相关建议:扩大农业投入规模,完善财政支农的投入机制;实施农业标准化生产,倒逼农业生态环境改善。
Based on the agricultural ecological environment and agricultural economic statistics of Anhui Province from 2000 to 2017 and 16 cities in 2017,the coordinated development model is used to study their evolution of the development level,coupling degree and coordinated development degree.The results show that their coordinated development degree has an overall upward trend,with 2000-2011 as the transitional phase and 2012-2017 as the coordinated development phase.In 2017,the coordinated development of the two systems in 16 cities mainly focused on transitional reconciliation,with the best in the mountainous area of southern Anhui,followed by the Jianghuai hills and the worst in the Huaibei plain.Some suggestions are put forward:the government should expand the scale of investment and improve the investment mechanism as financial support for agriculture;agricultural standardization production should be implemented to force the improvement of the ecological environment.
