摘要
国内对1000MW超超临界机组加氧存在较大的争议,通过分析传统加氧方案、低氧加氧方案、全保护加氧方案的先进性与合理性,表明全保护加氧方案明显占优.对某厂1000MW机组进行全保护加氧改造,项目单台机组初投资94.9万元,每年可节约生产成本39.8万元,按静态投资回收期法计算,约2.4年收回成本,投资回收期远小于10年,项目技术经济性良好.
There is considerable debate regarding oxygen addition of 1 000MW ultra-supercritical units in China. Taking a 1 000MW unit of a factory as an example, this paper examines advantages of traditional oxygen addition scheme, hypoxia oxygen addition scheme and full protection oxygen addition scheme, indicating that full protection oxygen addition scheme is the most advantageous. The applications of a plant in Anhui Province show that the initial investment of a single unit in the full protection oxygenation renovation project is 949 000 yuan, but the production cost can be saved by 398 000 yuan per year. According to the static payback period method, the cost can be recovered in about 2.4 years. The payback period of investment is far less than 10 years, and the project is technically economical.
