摘要
援外培训教学工作是保证援外培训项目顺利实施、达到既定目标的重要环节。文章运用数据挖掘技术对受训学员评价反馈信息进行分析,促进“以人为本”的培训教学设计供给侧改革。尊重学员培训需求,整合各类教学资源进行系统化设计,探讨合适的培训教学内容设计方法,使学员能够学有所获、学有所用、学有所进。
As a core key link in the chain of foreign-aid training program management and the safeguard of training quality,training program design plays a decisive role in realizing goals of the China's foreign-aid training strategy.Based on an analysis on the data collected from summative trainee surveys of foreign-aid training programs,this paper explores measures in promoting supply-side reforms with the use of data mining technology.With those measures adopted, training program design is made more needs-aware and more integrated with various training resources.As a result, training programs yield more outcomes and impacts as trainees benefit substantially fromthem.
