摘要
基层教学组织是高校最基本的教学单元,是相同学科专业教师紧密联系的教学共同体,加强基层教学组织建设是高校深化教育教学改革、师资培养、提高人才培养质量的需要。文章从新时代应用型本科教育需求入手,探索了应用型本科基层教学组织建设的思路,并且在规章制度、青年教师培养、教学运行管理、教学研究与教学改革、实践教学等方面深入实践,取得了良好的建设效果。
Basic-level teaching organization is the fundamental teaching unit in colleges and universities.It is a teaching community closely related to teachers of the same subject and specialty.Strengthening the construction of basic-level teaching organization is the need of deepening the reform of education and teaching,training teachers and improving the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities.In order to reach the demand of application-oriented undergraduate education in the new era,this paper explores the path of the construction of basic-level teaching organization,and has carried out in-depth practice in such aspects as rules and regulations,training of young teachers,teaching operation management,teaching research and teaching reform,and practical teaching,and achieved good construction results.
