摘要
经济发展使城市变得拥挤,现代城市建设与古城保护之间产生了矛盾,几年前大同市古城全面改造引起了社会的广泛关注,主要集中在城市传统风貌的原真性保护与恢复方式。大同古城历史街区在更新过程中存在文物保护不到位,更新手段、更新技术弱等问题。借鉴城市更新理论,从“新旧分离”规划模式中去保护老城原真性特色文化,提高文物保护意识,科学规划新区发展经济的新思路,可以使古城得到保护而新城工业区又能更好地发展,给当下历史文化名城现代化发展提供可能的参考。
Economic development has made cities become crowded, and contradictions emerge between modern urban construction and protection of ancient city areas. The overall urbanized renewal of ancient city area several years ago in Datong has aroused wide public concern, which mainly focuses on the authentic protection and recovering of the city’s traditional features. In its renewal, there appear such problems as inadequate protection of cultural relics, less advanced renewal methods and technologies and so on. It is necessary to use city renewal theories for reference, and adopt the mode of separating new and ancient city areas to protect the original features and culture of ancient city area. Also it needs to improve the awareness of cultural relics protection, and scientifically plan new methods to develop the economy of new district so that ancient city area will be better protected and new industrial district better developed. This study might provide possible reference for the modernized development of many other historical and cultural cities.
