摘要
本文讨论了松土铲式、振动链式、拨辊式等几种木薯收获机的结构特点和工作原理,提出木薯收获机的工作幅宽、挖掘深度、作业速度等关键技术参数设定办法,明确明薯率、伤薯率、损失率等主要作业质量指标的定义及其试验测定办法。通过宽窄行起垄种植模式下红壤土木薯收获试验比对,得知振动链式木薯收获机明薯率、伤薯率指标优于其它两种机型,分析不同类型机具、不同作业速度对收获作业质量的影响,探讨土壤类型、土壤含水率和种植规范性对作业质量的影响。
Structural characteristics and working principle of several types of harvesters were discussed,setting methods for key technical parameters such as working width,excavation depth and working speed of the machines were proposed,and the definition and test methods of the main operating quality indicators such as the rate of cassava in or out of soil,the rate of damaged cassava, and cassava loss rate were determined.The application of the test methods were conducted through comparison experiments among different types of cassava harvesters on cassava planted with two-rowridging model in red loam,and the effects of harvester type,working speed,soil type,soil moisture content and planting specification on operation quality were explored.
