摘要 采用失重法、表面形貌分析、腐蚀产物分析以及力学性能测试等,分别研究了6061-T6铝合金在中性和酸性连续盐雾环境下腐蚀规律和腐蚀机理,以及pH值对6061-T6铝合金耐盐雾腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,6061-T6铝合金中性环境下的腐蚀速率要远远小于酸性环境下的腐蚀速率,通过力学损伤量建立当量加速关系计算得出,6061-T6铝合金在乙酸盐雾腐蚀中的损伤是中性盐雾腐蚀中的1.5倍。 In this paper, the corrosion law and mechanism of 6061-T6 aluminium alloy in neutral and acidic continuous salt spray environment are studied by weight loss method, surface morphology analysis, corrosion products analysis and mechanical properties test and the influence of pH value on salt spray corrosion resistance of 6061-T6 aluminium alloy is also studied. The results show that the corrosion rate of 6061-T6 aluminium alloy in neutral environment is much lower than that in acidic environment and the damage of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy in acetic salt spray corrosion is 1.5 times that of neutral salt spray corrosion.
