摘要
针对蒲县伊田煤业2107工作面运输巷过陷落柱段围岩变形量大的问题,采用数值模拟的方法分析了浆液的扩散形态,据此确定了注浆参数,经实施并对注浆效果进行了验证。结果表明:注浆加固后,陷落柱内的黄土、矸石得到有效胶结,两帮最大移近量100mm,顶底板最大移近量为105mm,有效控制了围岩的变形。
Aimed at the problems of Puxian Yitian Mining 2107 working face transportation lane collapse column section of the problem of large deformation of surrounding rock, adopt the method of numerical simulation analysis of the grout diffusion form, on the basis of grouting parameters is determined, and the grouting effect after implementation of the verification results show that the grouting reinforcement, the fall of column in the loess effectively cemented waste rock, the sides maximum nearer 100 mm, roof and floor maximum nearer 105 mm,effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock.
