摘要
目的:观察银杏叶胶囊治疗痰瘀阻滞型高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年1月~2018年12月我院门诊治疗的高脂血症患者60例,随机分为对照组与治疗组各30例,均予相同的低盐低脂饮食指导,对照组予口服丹田降脂丸,治疗组予口服银杏叶胶囊,12周后比较两组总有效率、中医证候积分及血脂相关指标。结果:治疗后,对照组总有效率为93.33%,治疗组总有效率为90.00%,组间对比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组中医证候积分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组眩晕、胸闷、肢麻、倦怠、纳呆的中医证候积分均显著减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间对比两组中医证候积分,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组血脂指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血脂指标均较前好转,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间对比两组血脂相关指标,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:银杏叶胶囊可有效降低血脂,改善临床症状、体征,临床疗效确切,可在高血脂症的治疗方案中推广使用。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of ginkgo biloba capsules in treating hyperlipemia with phlegm stagnation. Methods: 60 patients with hyperlipemia from Out-patient Department in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected and divided randomly into two groups, 30 in each group. Both groups were received same guidance of low-sodium and low-fat diet. Control Group was received salvia-notoginseng pills orally, while Treatment Group was received ginkgo biloba capsules. Comparison was made on total effective rate, syndrome scores of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and indicator changes of blood fat after 12 weeks. Result: After treatment, total effective rate of Control Group was 99.33%, while the one of Treatment Group was 90.00%, which had no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). Before treatment, the difference of syndrome scores of TCM between both groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05). After treatment, dizziness, thoracic oppression, limb numbness, fatigue and torpid intake in syndrome scores of TCM were significantly reduced, which had statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Inter-group comparison on syndrome scores of TCM, the difference had no statistical significance (P>0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference on indicators of blood fat between two groups (P>0.05). Inter-group comparison on indicators of blood fat, the difference had no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion: Ginkgo biloba capsules can lower blood fat effectively, improve clinical symptoms and syndromes, which has defined efficacy. It is worth to promote in treating hyperlipemia.
