摘要
本研究对60份茄子供试材料进行遗传多样性SRAP分析。结果显示,从100对SRAP引物中筛选出10条引物呈现出多态性,共扩增出谱带73条,多态性谱带占35条,平均每对引物扩增出谱带数为7.3条,多态性比例为48%。通过Ntsys2.10e软件计算出60份茄子资源的遗传相似系数0.493 0-0.966 1之间。通过聚类分析将60个茄子资源分为4类:其中遗传距离较远的是epl04002-1-1-3和绿茄2号,霞长和EF之间的遗传距离较近。并以田间的考种记录和分子标记的聚类结果数据,配制性状优良的3个茄子杂交组合:昭君×棒茄子、epl04011×epl04020和epl04025×epl04001?本研究为茄子核心资源的保存、亲本选配、遗传改良等研究提供有益参考。
The genetic diversity of 60 eggplant materials was analyzed by SRAP. The results showed that 10 primers were polymorphic from 100 pairs of SRAP primers, 73 bands were amplified, 35 bands were polymorphic,the average number of bands was 7.3 per pair of primers, and the proportion of polymorphism was 48%. The genetic similarity coefficient of 60 eggplant resources was calculated by Ntsys2.10 e software between 0.493 0~0.966 1.The 60 eggplant resources were classified into four groups by cluster analysis: the genetic distance was far between epl04002-1-1-3 and Lüqie2 hao, and the genetic distance between Xiachang and EF was close. Three eggplant hy brid combinations with good characters were prepared: Zhaojun×Bangqiezi, epl04011× epl04020 and epl04025×epl04001. This study provided a useful reference for the conservation of eggplant core resources, parental selection, genetic improvement and so on.
