摘要
防晒产物是日化美容业的研究热点之一。本研究以虎杖中防晒成分的权重紫外吸光度值为指标,设计单因素实验,分别考察了乙醇浓度、提取时间、微波功率和料液比对虎杖中防晒成分提取效果的影响。在此基础上,采用响应面法优化了虎杖中防晒成分的微波辅助提取工艺。结果表明,虎杖中防晒成分微波辅助提取最佳工艺条件为以59%乙醇为提取剂,在微波功率455 W,料液比1∶69(g/mL)的条件下,提取80 s,在该工艺条件下,虎杖中防晒成分的加权吸光度为0.659。虎杖中含有防晒成分,具有较强的广谱防晒能力。本研究以虎杖中防晒成分的紫外加权吸光度值为指标,采用响应面法优化虎杖中防晒成分微波辅助提取工艺,为虎杖防晒成分的开发利用提供理论依据和实验支持。
Sunscreen products are one of the research hotspots in the daily cosmetics industry.In this study,the weighted UV absorbance value of the sunscreen component in Polygonum cuspidatum was used as the index,and the single factor experiment was designed to investigate the effects of ethanol concentration,extraction time,microwave power and solid-liquid ratio on the extraction effect of sunscreen components in Polygonum cuspidatum.On this basis,the response surface method was used to optimize the microwave-assisted extraction process of sunscreen components in Polygonum cuspidatum.The results showed that the optimum conditions for microwave-assisted extraction of sunscreen components in Polygonum cuspidatum were extracted with 59%ethanol,and the extraction was 80 s under microwave power 455Wand ratio of material to liquid 1∶69(g/mL).Under the conditions of the process,the weighted absorbance of the sunscreen component in Polygonum cuspidatum was 0.659.The knotweed contains sunscreen ingredients and has a strong broad-spectrum sunscreen ability.In this study,the UV-weighted absorbance value of the sunscreen component in Polygonum cuspidatum was used as the index,and the microwaveassisted extraction process of sunscreen components in Polygonum cuspidatum was optimized by response surface methodology to provide theoretical basis and experimental support for the development and utilization of the sunscreen component of Polygonum cuspidatum.
