摘要
目的分析药房处方调剂中药师干预对抗菌药物应用的影响.方法选取2017年1~12月本院药房抗菌药物处方300份为未干预组,另选取2018年1~12月本院药房抗菌药物处方300份作为干预组.未干预组处方调剂中不进行药师干预,干预组处方调剂中进行药师干预.比较两组抗菌药物联用情况及合理应用情况.结果未干预组抗菌药物单用158份(52.67%),二联110份(36.67%),三联及以上32份(10.67%),干预组抗菌药物单用184份(61.33%),二联100份(33.33%),三联及以上16份(5.33%);干预组抗菌药物联用情况优于未干预组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).未干预组抗菌药物应用合理178份(59.33%),比较合理40份(13.33%),不合理62份(20.67%),干预组抗菌药物应用合理244份(81.33%),比较合理38份(12.67%),不合理18份(6.00%);干预组抗菌药物合理应用情况优于未干预组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论药房处方调剂中应用药师干预,可显著改善抗菌药物联用及合理应用情况,且对于提升患者治疗效果、保障其身体健康具有积极意义,因此值得推广应用.
Objective To analyze the influence of pharmacist intervention on the application of antibacterial agents in pharmacy prescription dispensing.Methods 300 antimicrobial prescriptions in our pharmacy from January to December 2017 were selected as the non-intervention group,and 300 antimicrobial prescriptions in our pharmacy from January to December 2018 were selected as the intervention group.Non-intervention group received no pharmacist intervention in the prescription dispensing,and the intervention group received pharmacist intervention.The combined use and rational use of antibiotics in the two groups were compared.Results In the non-intervention group,158 prescriptions(52.67%)for antibiotics alone,110 prescriptions(36.67%)in duplex,32 prescriptions(10.67%)in triple or above.In intervention group,184 prescriptions(61.33%)for antibiotics alone,100 prescriptions(33.33%)in duplex and 16 prescriptions(5.33%)in triple or above.The combined use of antibiotics in intervention group was better than that in non-intervention group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In non-intervention group,178 prescriptions(59.33%)were rational in antimicrobial use,40 prescriptions(13.33%)were reasonable and 62 prescriptions(20.67%)were unreasonable.In intervention group,244 prescriptions(81.33%)were rational in antimicrobial use,38 prescriptions(12.67%)were reasonable and 18 prescriptions(6.00%)were unreasonable.The rational use of antibiotics in intervention group was better than that in non-intervention group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pharmacist intervention in pharmacy prescription dispensing can significantly improve the combined use and rational use of antibiotics,and has positive significance for improving the treatment effect of patients and ensuring their health.It is worthy of promotion.
