摘要
目的分析结直肠癌组织锌指转录因子(Snail)、丝/苏氨酸激酶-3(pim-3)、上皮黏附素(E-cadherin)和人表皮生长因子受体-2(Her-2)的表达与结直肠癌患者预后的关系。方法选取2016年7月至2017年7月我院行腹会阴联合直肠癌根治术(Miles手术)的120例患者的结直肠癌组织标本作为观察组,选择在我院86例健康体检者的正常结直肠组织标本作为对照组。比较分析对照组正常结直肠组织标本与观察组患者的结直肠癌组织标本中Snail、pim-3、E-cadherin和Her-2阳性率差异及其与患者预后的关系。结果观察组患者结直肠癌组织标本中E-cadherin的阳性率明显低于对照组,Snail、pim-3和Her-2的阳性率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。120例结直肠癌患者术后12个月随访率为100%,随访结果显示,患者病死率为30. 83%(37/120),生存率为69. 17%(83/120)。死亡患者中Snail、pim-3和Her-2阳性表达率高于生存患者,而E-cadherin阳性表达率低于生存患者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论 Snail、pim-3、E-cadherin和Her-2参与了结直肠癌的发病进程,且与患者术后生存率有密切的关系。
Objective To analyze the relationship between the expression of zinc finger transcription factor ( Snail),serine/threonine kinase-3 ( pim-3),epithelial adhesin ( E-cadherin) and human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 ( Her-2) and the prognosis in colorectal cancer. Methods From July 2016 to July 2017,colorectal cancer tissue samples of 120 patients underwent abdominal perineal combined with radical resection of rectal cancer ( Miles operation) in our hospital were selected as the observation group. Eighty-six normal colorectal tissue samples from healthy subjects in our hospital were selected as the control group. The expression levels of Snail,pim-3,E-cadherin and Her-2 in normal colorectal tissues and tissues of patients with colorectal cancer were compared and analyzed. Results The positive rate of E- cadherin in colorectal cancer tissues of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the positive rates of Snail,pim-3 and Her-2 were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference were significant ( P <0. 05). The follow-up rate of the 120 patients with colorectal cancer was 100%. The mortality rate was 30. 83%( 37/120) and the survival rate was 69. 17%( 83/120). Compared with the survivors,the positive expression rates of Snail,pim-3 and Her-2 were higher in dead patients while the posi- tive expression rate of E-cadherin was lower in dead patients,with statistically significant difference ( P <0. 05). Conclusion Snail,pim-3, E-cadherin and Her-2 are involved in the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer and they are closely related to the postoperative survival rate.
