摘要
闸墙长廊道侧支孔输水系统广泛应用于中水头船闸,研究支孔出流特性对改善闸室水流条件具有重要意义。建立了船闸闸墙长廊道侧支孔整体输水系统三维紊流数学模型,采用动网格技术及用户自定义二次开发(UDF)模拟平面输水阀门开启过程,利用物模实测的闸室水位、输水流量验证数学模型,分析船闸灌水过程中侧支孔流态、流速及流量分配随输水时间的动态变化规律。研究表明:侧支孔的流速、流量、射流长度随输水时间呈先增大后减小的趋势,上下游支孔间的流速差异呈现先减小后增大的趋势。
The wall culvert side port filling and emptying system is widely used in medium-head ship locks,thus it is of great significance to study the hydrodynamic characteristics of side ports for improving the flow conditions in lock chamber.In this paper,a three-dimensional turbulent numerical model of the ship lock with wall culvert side port filling and emptying system was established.Dynamic grid technology and user-defined secondary development (UDF) were used to simulate the opening process of plane water delivery valves.The numerical model was verified by the water level in lock chamber and discharge measured in physical model tests.The flow pattern,velocity and discharge distribution of side-orifices in filling process with water transfer time were analyzed.The results showed that the velocity,discharge and the jet length of side-orifice increased first and then decreased with water delivery time,and the difference of velocity between upstream and downstream side-orifices decreased first and then increased.
