摘要
为了保证不锈钢高频焊管的质量,实现对不锈钢高频焊管的质量控制,对不锈钢高频焊接过程中影响工艺质量的主要因素进行了分析,包括不锈钢材料的理化性能特点、焊接与成型工艺等。指出,要实现不锈钢钢管的高频焊接,关键是要保证焊接区域的无氧化,在此基础上,优化原材料的夹杂物水平,优化焊接与成型工艺,采用先进的成型工艺与焊接电源,均能有效提升不锈钢高频焊管的焊缝质量。
In order to ensure the quality of stainless steel high frequency welded pipe and control the quality of stainless steel high frequency welded pipe,the main factors affecting the quality of stainless steel high frequency welding process were analyzed,including the physical and chemical properties of stainless steel,welding and forming process,etc.It is pointed out that in order to realize high frequency welding of stainless steel pipe;the key point is to ensure that there is no oxidation in the welding area.On this basis,the quality of weld seam of stainless steel high frequency welded pipe can be effectively improved by optimizing the inclusion level of raw materials,optimizing the welding and forming process and adopting advanced forming process and welding power source.
